Default Another 330 Trailboss Question

Hello new here, I just bought an 07 330 trailboss for my girlfriend, she loves it. My question is, I would like to take the racks off and give it somemore performance, probably get the RCR stage 1 kit after break in, but will a 01 or 02-ish 325 Trailboss front bumper fit on a 330 trailboss? Since it doesn't have from racks.... I can order one from bike bandits or something.
Thanks all for the great help.

Welcome to the forums Troybilt.

The problem you'll run into is the lights are mounted on the bumper of the 03 and up. The are in the hood of the 00-02.

There are aftermarket bumpers out there for it, and I'd take a look at those. Probably a little stronger than the stock (trust me I know) and about the same price.

Do you know of some aftermarket ones specifically? I'd rather do that anyway, I was searching DG, Dennis Kirk, etc.. and haven't seen hardly any aftermarket parts for the trailboss 330, let alone front bumpers, that's when I started looking into the older trailbosses to see if anything was close. Thanks for the help.

Default Another 330 Trailboss Question

i have the 06 trailboss. it is very stable and very capable atv. its very comfortable and predictable. i have'nt seen or run into too many after market items for it. i think its great the way it is. there is a plug bolt at the bottom of the exhuast muffler that is used to flush out any carbon the muffler has. i run it without the plug for it to breath easier. i also upgraded the primary clutch spring to a higher rpm engagement one for better get up and go. thats it no more mods at all.
