does any body know how hard it is and what kind of gains will i get?

 

What kind of cam are you wanting? Hi-rev, mid range, torque, all-around? If you race get the hi-rev or mid-range, for just riding get the torque or all-around. I noticed quite a gain from the torque cam I got. It pulls much harder right after you shift into every gear. It is a pretty big deal installing it as you have to tear the motor completely apart and align cam chain and tensioner and all that. Hope I helped you out.
