Kazuma oil strainer?

I have a Kazuma 90 cc Falcon. I am having trouble locating the oil stainer in order to clean it. Does anyone know where it is at?

Although the manual says there is a strainer. There isnt one.
There is a magnet on the drain plug.

That's strange because I recall seing a magnet on the drain plug.

there is a strainer in it but the only way to get to it is to take the engine apart
