The not starting cold but runs agood after its warm sounds like the valves are too tight. The rest sounds like carb issues too me. The diaphram in the top of the carb may be torn. Check that and get back to us. Also you might check the tank breather to see if it is pinched. Take the gas cap off and see if that helps

Sounds like a fuel issue.
First turn off the petcock and pull the line off the carb, stick the end into a gas can or an old glass jar and turn on the fuel to see if you are getting flow.
Since it seem like your problems start before the float bowl would have a chance to run low, I doubt you have a flow problem.
Next drain the float bowl into a glass jar to see if you have water in the gas.
Next I'd pull the float bowl and check the main jet and pilot jet. My best guess is a plugged main jet.
If you don't find anything in the bowl area, pop the top of the carb off and pull the diaphram and check for a tear. Make sure the needle is in place.
Check your idle screw adjustment, count the turns in and then back it out to the same position. I can't recall the setting but I'm guessing 3 1/2? turns is a good start.
If you don't find anything, give us some more info, did this just start? did you just buy the quad?
PS, Welcome to the forums!

Sounds to me like your valves are tight, get them adjusted and also get your carb cleaned!
