Does any one own a 700 EFI ? Any owners replies would be greatly appricated.

yeh i got one. i've been looking all over for performance parts & ways to mildly snork it. i love it but it takes a "getting used to" period. i don't use my bike for a boat or anything close but i still have managed to get mud into my airbox. they put the air intake in a bad place (over & infront of the radiator). they placed a "shroud" i guess to stop crap from entering the box but it acts like a shelf that holds & stores mud & debris. you have to take it off after a ride to prevent overheating. it is easy but a better air intake system could prevent the "shelf" from being there. after i raise my intake i'm removing the shroud. i'd also like to hear from other 700 owners as well since i don't hear anything about these bikes. i guess cuz there fairly new?

Info on the 700, try nyrocatv forum, lots of good info and tech tips. I like this site with all the conversations, but there seems to be more tech advice over there. I've got the King 700. Check out the new ECU from VDI coming out within the next month or so, supposed to wake the 700 up.

 

Got one with 27's and speedwerx clutch kit, 800 miles and will beat anything around here in the mud or snow,
