Was it running when it went under? If so you may want to call your insurance company.

If not insured, I hope that your connecting rods not tweaked from sucking in water.

Change all the fluids with the OE stuff (I'd do the engine again after you get it running. The front differential oil has to be the right stuff or the clutches will not work right. Be sure to get all the gas out of the tank and dose the new gas with alcohol gas treatment.

Does your bike have a drain plug on bottom of the pipe's back baffle? You may want to drain that. Also drain the pull starter housing and belt housing. For the rest I would just use this sites search option and see what the procedure's are since this kind of thing happens to many people. You do not have to just check the Polaris forum because what has to be done will go for any make of bike.

been there savage hope it works out for you. Never floated mine upside down though. I think sten just posted some alternative ffor front diff fluid from mobil. Rear diff would probably just be 80-90w.
