My first post here. I've search the internet to get some reviews on this quad but have found little to nothing on them. Tell me the experts think of this machine...
Thanks,

Welcome to the forum!! Lots of great info on here about the Cats. I had a 98 500 which was almost identical to the Bearcats. They are very durable and dependable and as long as you don't want a high speed trail machine, this quad will last for years, if it has been taken care of properly. I changed the oil every 300 miles and when I sold mine, it had 4,200 miles on it with only one problem. I had to change one ball joint and lower a-arm that was replaced under warranty because the ball-joint did not fit tight and it became sloppy. They are very low geared and the "ACT" rear suspension articulates very well so they are great rock crawlers in very rough steep terrain. The only 2 things I did not like about this quad was, very low geared and full time four wheel drive.
Hope this helps.
