Well I started the last west coast ds days thread and it got some attention for a while and now people are swapping recipes and baby photos in there. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] so I started a new one. a couple people have mentioned that they may not be able to attend if we dont come up with a date and location soon and I for one would like to have a big fun turnout with lots of bikes to look at and new people to meet. I guess I dont realy have a DS but more of a ds Hybrid but I hope I still fit in and nobody gets PO'd at me for pushing this thing but I would kind of like to know myself where its going to be held. here is the link to place your location vote and I urge you to do so now. WEST COAST DS DAYS LOCATION POLL VOTE HERE! dont know how many people have stated that they feel that the event should only be held on labor day and Im pretty sure that about 90% feel that way. thats pretty much a given . Sounds good to us, it should be on Labor Day weekend and trade every other year with Fallon. You're always welcome with any powerplant in a DS or anything you ride.

Definately Labor Day weekend otherwise its just not DS Days....

I'm also in favor of it returning home this year to Sand Mtn but since it is a voting poll here is an idea. Sand Mtn and St Anthony are clearly the frontrunners. Setup a new pole with only those two options and lets see if the people that voted for other locations are more willing to travel to NV or ID.

I would definately be up for St Anthony next year if it does not win out this year. It's on my list of places to go

I don't mind SM NV. The only thing I worry about is how much of a zoo it will be on Laborday weekend. It will have the highest Concentration of people by far.

It will be great for the hardcore racers but probably less optimal for families.

For me it is the shortest drive by far so I can't complain about that.

 

I don't think a new poll needs to be started, just pick an end date for Hightowers.
