I'm looking into buying a DG Bullet full system exhaust for my 07 YFZ450 and was wondering if anybody else has any experience with this particular pipe? I'll be rejetting my carb to go with this to get the most out of it if I decide to buy it, but I was just looking for some advice as to whether or not it would be a good choice, and if not, what some other people with YFZ450's use and how they like them.

Skip the DG and buy an HMF full system or check Ebay for a Curtis Sparks, CT or LRD.

 

Yeah actually I spent the afternoon looking at the HMF systems and reading what people have said about them; that seems to be the way I'm probably going to go. Probably going to buy the Ironman Carbon exhaust full system; there have been a number of good things said about them on other forums and sites I have had a look at. Only thing I would be worried about is I heard somebody say that the carbon fiber on their pipe cracked after alot of hard riding, anybody heard of this happening?

 

Save the $$ and buy something else! I wouldnt put a DG on my lawnmower! My buddy bought a brand new DG for his Warrior, and it didnt even fit. The brackets were welded on upside down. I know mistakes happen during manufacturing, but jeez, where was the Quality Control department that day? A Curtis Sparks or HMF are excellent choices IMO.
