Default Looking At Buying A New Grizzly

Hey guys I'm new on the forum and I'm looking at buying a new 700 Grizzly. Any input about what they are like, opinions of people who have one or have driven one would be awesome. I would really appreciate it.

How is the power steering?

Welcome to the forums!

I have heard NOTHING but good things about the new grizzly. Except a cold start problem that the first batch of them had. Im pretty sure its cleared up by now. I guess you can ride with one hand all day with the power steering. I guess its like nothing ive ever heard of. I sat on one at the stealership and it was very comfy. If this video doesnt sell you I dont know what will.

I HAVE HAD MY GRIZZLY FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW.... I SOLD MY VINSON 500 AND MADE THE SWITCH.... BEST BIKE I HAVE EVER OWNED.... THE POWER STEERING IS AWESOME IN ROUGH TERRAN AND DEEP ROOTED RUTS... I CAME FROM A SPORT QUAD AND DIRT BIKE BACK GROUND, SO I WAS LOOKING FOR A BIKE THAT HAD SOME PUNCH... THE GRIZZLY HAS IT... I LOVE BEING ABLE TO STICK IT UP IN A WHEELIE AT JUST ABOUT ANY MOMENT(MY WIFE ISN'T SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT)... I CAN GO THRU MOST OF THE MUCK AND MUD AROUND HERE IN 2 WHEEL DRIVE WHEN MOST OF THE GUYS I RIDE WITH (FOREMAN 500'S) ARE IN 4 WHEEL DRIVE....

Do you recommend anything else (accessories) when I buy it for riding? I wasnt sure what all I should have put on it. I will be riding in creeks and through a lot of mud.

I've had mine since last November and really like it. It's very comfortable and the power steering is a nice feature, i'm sure more companies will have it in the future.

Killer bike. I have only got about 150 miles on mine , Just put a hmf pipe and programmer on, WOW this thing is bad to the bone. I thought it was killer stock also. The power steering is unreal, wish someone would have come out with it years ago.

I decided to buy a Grizz, but I am waiting until July to get the 08 700, they should have all the first model year bugs worked out. I rode a Grizzly the other day and it was way better then any polaris I have ever rode. I have always owned polaris but I am making the switch. The Grizz is alot more rider friendly on the tight trails. Power is more then satisfactory and Ive always heard Yamaha is known for reliability. Definently buy the 700 Grizz

I concure with what others are saying about the 700 Grizz. It is a great atv. I have 300+ miles on mine and zero problems. I rode Sunday at a atv park in southern IL and performed flawlessly. I had it in rocky creek beds, hills, trails with ruts and rocks, and some mud and it is a great all around atv. I don't think you could go wrong with a Grizzly.

Thanks for all the replies, I think I'm definitely going to get the Grizzly. It seems like an awesome ride especially with the Power Steering. 1 Handed Through Ruts and Creeks!!!

I've got about 300 miles on my Grizzly so far, and it is by far the best 4wheeler I ever had!! As for accessories, I would change the tires to something like XTR's or Bighorns, because the stock tires are about as poor as you can get. Maybe you can work something out with the dealer when you go to buy it.
