Default Electrical problems (no Spark)

I have a 03 Kodiak 450. The original problem was a short from the coil. The short fried the wiring harness all the way to the main ground. I gave since replaced the Coil, Wiring Harness, Stator, CDI Box, Plug, cap and wire. Still no spark. I took it to Yamaha dealer and they had it for 2 1/2 months, charged me for 7 hours of labor and said, "I don't know." I am out of ideas of what to try. Anyone had this problem? Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Rust wondering if you every found the cause of the no spark issue on your 450? I have a 2003 400 4/4 with the same trouble. I've replaced the entire wiring harness and coil and plug and still no spark. Everything else works (headlights, starter, front diff engagement etc etc...just no spark. Let me know either way please. I'm looking at trying the CDI box and stator next. Shawn
