It was running fine but died like a fouled plug. it will kick over but backfire and die. The head is fine the exhuast is fine and so r the reeds and gaskets. can andybody please tell me something?

Here are the things you need to do....
Fresh gas
New plug
Clean air filter
Check for spark
Compression test
Clean eletrical connectiong with electric contact cleaner
Also make sure your idle jet is 1-1.5 turns out

Is your quad stock? Have you removed the TORS? What kind of oil are you running? We need ALOT more info to help you.

i think JLsparky7 has some valuable suggestions u should prolly do all thos things but what is the compression test???

 

the compression is 125 alittle low but it should still run. checked all those things but the idle jet. next step i think is my ingnition timing. Its 60 over 28mm carb,dg exuast. no t.o.r.e.s. or oil injection
