I rode 49.5 miles today on our 34,000 acre deer lease on my new polaris sportsman 800efi X2 DLX and I am not tired at all. I am just still amazed at how great a ride it is and how easy it steers with no feed back. I am totally pleased with it for my trail and work machine.

 

That sounds like a descent ride(50 miles). I did one about that long last month on my buddies 700 Grizz. You talk about not tired. I think I had more energy at the end of the day! LOL Then, 2 weeks ago I got back on mine, and as God as my witness, I stopped 3 times looking to see why it was so hard to turn. NO KIDDING!!! Then I remembered, Oh yeah, I don't have P/S. So, back to the forearm power I went!

Same here rode 52.7 miles on blacktop/creek crossings 2 days ago but when i came home I was super super tired...not because the ride was uncomfortable but because it rained on me for 2 hours super hard and it was like 40 out....

 

most of the time when we go our first ride, most of the time about 30 miles, we are sore the day from using muscles were not sed to using being out of shape all winter. of course these are some major rough trails just the way we like it.

 

The wife and I spent about 6 hours and covered 45 miles.... On a Scrambler and a Wolverine. Niether of use were tired. This was her third time riding. This was trails in Southern WV-- up and down big hills and up small creek beds.

 

The farthiest I have gone on a single trip so far was 42.7 miles. I felt fine for the first 30 miles or so, the only reason I felt like crap afterwards is because my friend wanted to switch quads for a litte bit on the trail home. He has a trailblazer 250.. not saying its a bad quad at all, Its just I'm 6'3 350lbs and really used to the suspension on my sp 700 and the trails we took had tons of whoops and rocks. All in all though, I feel pretty good after a long trip on my sp 700.

 

the most i've ridden in one day was 67.3 miles, in one trip i might have done 50 max. the day i did 67.3 i was basicly just riding the trails near my house with my buddy on his tb 250, screaming through the woods and hitting some jumps. there arent 50 miles of trails around here. lol i had to have ridden each trail 5 times.

 

most we ever did in one day was about 75 miles and werent we wore out. lol needed trhe next day to recoup.

 

All our trips are around 70-75 miles per day........That's why I have about 1000 miles on my quad from June 06 to nov 06.....Caper,..........
