So, my White bro's E-Series pipe was gutless. I bought the Moose repacking material to install. The instructions (if thats what you want to call them) basically said "rap the tube and put it back in". My question is which side goes down and which side goes up? The packing was soft and pillowy on one side and had a stiffer backing on the other.
