Just purchased an Hensim 150. And I'm having trouble with the chain coming off. What's the cure for this, or is there a part I need to replace?

you really need to take your time a make sure it striaght then lock it down it a bit tricky if you have not dodne many or any. if the chain is to lose take a link off and try a half link/off set link.
