I just bought this viper 90 for my son and we were going over everything (changing oils adjusting chain ect.) when i noticed that the rear axle lookes cocked around a little . So i cross measuured the frame and swingarm and the both show straight and i got to noticing that the axle bearing carrier looked twisted has anyone had this problem before? or could it just be that they messed up the alianment at the factory??

 

i did some more measuring and when i went to remove the carrier it was in a real bad dind after removing it you can clearly see the when it was welded together the mount plates were not lined up . does anyone make a aluminum carrier for this quad??
