Default 07 raptor 700 BAFFLE REMOVEL

I have a 07 raptor 700. I have read pritty much every form there is on here about the baffle and i still cant get the dumb thing off. I have unsrood the bolt on the bottom and the allen bolt on the bottom tords the tip. I cant budge it. I have tried every tool there is and every loob spray there is and it wont do anything. I dont no if i am supost to take off the little like silver tip kind of thing on the out side tip of the pipe or what because i have no idea how to take it off if i am supost to because they're not scruze or bolts or anything there just tack kind of things. Is there a bolt i am not unscrooing or somthing. please reply quick for helpfull info because i am tired of lissening to that wussy thing. I love my quod and its a beast but man it sounds like crap. Its worse then like a lawn morer or somthing. And i dont have money to buy a new pipe....i spent anough as it is on that thing

The allen screw is the only bolt holding the baffle in. Take it out and use a pair of pliers to pull out the baffle. It acts like its not going to come out at all at first but it eventually does.

You need to go "neaderthal" with it! It will come out, but will probably be scrap metal by the time you get done with it....but, you didn't want it anyway, right??? Be advised your quad may run too lean with it out. (time to bust out with the EFI controller! $$$$$$)

I just gave mine a hard jerk and it came out.

Many have said if you warm the quad up first it comes out easier. Worth a shot

...Vice Grips (pliers will do fine), that how i got mine out. It will be alot harder to get out if you have done a bit of riding already with it in. I had to really"pry" mine out with the grips. Baffles are lame.

EDIT: I feel soooo sorry for u man, they sound so bad with a baffle, but so killa without. GOOD LUCK!
