Default Kodiak 400 06

Hi guys, got a few questions maybe some of you can help me out with. I have a 06 400, what is the average top speed of this machine? Well mine did about 49 to 51 before I sunk it in the drink. Now it does about 43. Any ideas what would cause the drop in speed? Also I have a some what of a drop in bottom end power. I have drained all the fluids, the motor oil was changed 3 times with adding 3/4 of a bottle of heat on the 3rd oil change. Motor oil is now clean. Need to drop and change out the rear diff one more time. Cleaned air filter, replace oil filter. I cant think of anything else to do. Maybe sep for see what my valve clearances are at. But other then that I dont know what else to check for. The rig only has 800 miles on it. It just dont seem as responsive as it did before it went in the drink. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Also are there any types of mods or upgrades that are for this rig?

Thanks again guys.

Hmm oddly enough I posted new questions that never stuck. Okies try again. Pulled my clutch housing and it was complete filth in there. Cleaned it with brake parts cleaner and it seemed to do the trick. K, here are the questions maybe some of you can help me out with. Do I need to pull the primary clutch to repack it? ANd the word repack, what do I actually repack? And on the front main drive diff, when you refill it do you just refill to top like the rear diff or need to be certain amount? If certain amount what is best used to measure gear oil? All in all she seems to be running ok now, just seems like I lost alittle on the bottom end and top speed. I would certainly like to get the power and speed back, if any of you have and recommendations please let me kno. I am new to 4 wheelers and greatly enjoy them aswell as learn all I can about my Kodey 400 and my sons Rappy 50.. Many thanks again guys for any input.

with the clutch housing off of my wolverine I can repack the primary clutch on the bike. the front housing has 4 screws on mine that you can unscrew and put about a cup of grizz grease in the housing and then replace housing on primary. Flush everything out and clean the belt with the blue can of PJ1 cleaner.
I would think you just fill up to the fill plug like on a truck for the differential.
