Default 07 700Sportsman making a rattling noise?

Hey Guys,
I have never owned a Polaris utility ATV. I bought a new 700 Sportsman saturday and I noticed that when I come down a rough or rocky hill I hear a ratteling noise from underneath the bike and I can also feel it with my feet on the floor boards? Can anyone tell me what I am hearing?
Thanks Guys!

its normal, its the driveline, it will lessen overtime and after awhile you won't even hear it anymore....so get out and ride and don't worry about it...

Easy way to avoid that is to put it in neutral at the start of your descent.

I've found Sportsman ATV's to be a bit "rattly" but then so is a Cat bulldozer! These things are built TOUGH and all that hardware rattles a bit. Don't worry about it. If you can hear the rattles, you're not revving the engine enough. [grin]
