Default worlds fastest yfz

my friends dad is attempting to build one of the fastest sand dragesters. he is going to use a yfz he already has a banshee that is pushing a 100 hp. he is not very familer with the four strokes. My question is if you had unlimited funds how would you build the quad. he just wants a fast sand dragster so any responses would be appreciated.

Hard to beat a 2 stroke sled powerplant for 300'. 100hp is good, but it's going to get whooped on by many a machine.

You can get 'Shees higher than 110 if I'm not mistaken..Anyways...

Stick a Huyabusa into a DS650 frame..Ha. Check the Can-Am forum =P.

I saw a long time ago, a guy took Polaris Sprot 400L, and put a Polaris Indy Storm 700 sled engine on it. He ran nitrous through it, and put tires from a midget car on it. The article claimed he would run the 1/4mi. in 9.5 sec. @ 147mph.
