Need help changing brakes

Need help changing brakes
I need to change the breaks on my 300ex. I know all of the pads are bad. Can someone please help, I need to get them changed before this weekend, at least the front or the back so I have some sort of way to stop. How long do you think it should take? Any help would be great, I'm not positive on how to do everything, so HELP!!
