You guys are gonna hate this question, but I told him I would ask. My friend has an 03 400ex and he is wanting to put the LOUDEST full system exhaust that he can on it. He likes the way the HMF slip on sounds on my rubicon but he is wanting something louder for his bike. He would really appreciate the help even though you all hate these loud exhaust questions.

Well i went with HMF for racing but sometimes more power means more noise. Not always but sometimes we will just say i have had the cops called on me 3 times for noise complaint but one pipe that people seem to forget about that is flippin loudest ever on a 400 is the ct full system exhaust
