I was just wondering if I have to rejet if I put in a K&N air filter on my Scram. 500? This dude told me I have to, and I don't know if he's a dumba** or not. lol
Thanks

Is it the one that clamps on or the one that goes in the airbox. If it clamps on to the carb, you need to rejet. If it goes in the airbox, you don't need to rejet.

You have the scrambler 500 right,
Never mind only buying the filter go with the whole K&N filter charger kit.
It includes the filter, jets, cleaners, thats what you need to get if you want all the performance gains out of a K&N filter.
It cost about $50 to 60 bucks and well worth it.

I just went to the dealer and asked for a k&n for my scram 500. It just replaced the old paper one that polaris makes.

Thanks
