the suzuki z250 vs. honda trx250? i have read in dirt wheels that the honda trx250 was faster and more comfortable. what do you guys think? oh and also i looked at the suzuki and it said in the engine spec sohc and the honda said ohv. what is the difference between ohv and sohc? i think the ohv is more efficient is that true?

Sohc, single overhead camshaft. Ohv, overhead valve.

 

I once knew somebody who had the Z. It did not shift very well. Otherwise, it seemed like an OK machine.

I have an 00 EX, and a newer 06 with the sportclutch. Both have been absolutely trouble free machines. Descent power, good handling, but anything in this class is going to have limited suspension. Only thing I don't like is the stock tires. Changed them out for IPT Holeshot TracStars, and it's a whole new machine!

i dont know which one is faster but anyone who know any one thing about fourwheelers should know that and honda will out last any other brand no matter what basically.

 

i chose honda because it has a bigger bore and a less stroke than the z so it will be better for performence.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

i think that the 450r would win

 

it would be close.if it was the 250 honda aginst the new 08 ltr250.there would be no chance for the honda.

 

I like my 250ex!!! And I think hammertyme woud be right. That brand new 08 ltr 250 is kickazz!!!!
