Default Gio 50cc chain?

Hi, can anybody tell me if they have had any problems with there chain coming off of there Gio 50cc? My sun and I were out riding for the 3rd time the other day and his chain came off twice. After putting it on for the second time (and returning home) I noticed that it had slack in. Is their a slack adjuster on the machine or does a link have to be removed? If a link is to be removed how should I go about it?
This is a great forum for information and advice. Thanks.

look by the rear swing arm for a large bolt in center of axel also the motor may not be alined in the frame just right making the chain run off there should be a way to tighten the chain without removing links chain adjusters i belive are close to the swingarm where it pivits on frame
