oter options for wheel spacers?
#1
hey guys got the tires on but like stendori said they don't fit. i was wondering if anyone has just replaced the stock lugs with longer ones and made your own wheels spacers, or is this harder on things then the ones you spend lots of money on? thanks guys

if your bike has the alum. rims then you already have the lonest studs. do you mean their rubbing? the only choice you really have is to put 1" wheel spacers on or after market rims. i have heard of people putting a few washers on behind but it takes away from the threads to put the lugs back on and you will want more clearance if you go thru mud and what not to something wont get caught between them . just a thought.

I'm not too sure about making your own spacers. I would check ebay, cause they aren't too expensive, maybe even cheaper than you think. Another idea is to check a couple boards for sale pages. I found my set for an awesome price! If you know somebody that can make you a nice set for around $100, go for it. If not, you might be better off jumping on ebay. IMO.
