Homemade drive clutch tools?

Default Homemade drive clutch tools?

I am pulling the clutches to replace the rear seals and remember some where reading what to use as a homemade dive clutch puller. I dont remember the bolt size that was used. thanks

all i can tell you that is fine thread and 3/4" i think. if you do a search you might be able tyo find it. sorry couldnt help more i have a reg. polaris one myself.

for the primary i think its 3/4 16 i used a trailer hitch ball the one with the big shank and the two flat spots to get a good grip,a 3/8 snap on extenstion stuck the extension in the hole and snug the trailer ball up to it and start to tighten . mine pop'd pretty easy

the secondary clutch should slide off w/out any problems. thats a pretty neat idear to try. ive heard of using an extention w/ a 3/4" bolt.
