Default Will '06 750i go into limp mode at 100hr light reset?

Just wondering, my bike has 95 hours on it and I am wondering what will happen when the belt light comes on at 100 hours? Will it go crappy on me or just have a blinking light?
I do not want to get stuck in the middle of no where, with a bad working bike. My dealer's service clerk said that it would go into limp mode and that I could come in early to get the light reset. He is new to the shop, only been there a month, I think he may be wrong.

if you are running the Dyna CDI, in your signature, then you do not have to worry. The alarm is in the factory CDI.

For those w/o the Dyna or VDI, the belt lite @ 100hrs will not put your Kawie VTwin into the "Limp Mode". All that happens is the Belt lite stays on till you pull out your Gray plug(under the seat) and reset the belt lite. Also, the Belt lite may come on just before 100 hrs, right at 100 hrs or later, mine on my '05BF750 came on @ 115 hrs & in three minutes I had it reset & belt lite "Off".
