Sprostman 800....biggest tires on stock wheels...
Do 28 inch mudlites fit on stock wheels for a 2005 polaris sportsman 800?? 10 inch wide in front and 12 in back?... if no, is there a easy upgrade to fix that?

they'll fit onthe rims but the fronts are going to rub on the struts. you also may have to put a lift kit in from rubbing on the fenders.

Maybe if you put some 'Highlifter Springs' and some 1" wheel spacers it would work.
The springs will give you 1 or 2 inches lift.
The spacers will move your wheels out 1"

you may considier a big wheel kit (rims+tires) so you will have the offset rims w/ the bigger tires. i heard and have seen where the wheel spacers tend to effect the handling of the bike. just an idear.

Thanks for the input guys, i decided to go with the high lifter 2 inch lift kit and the 1.5 inch wheel spacer...lots of room but will stay with 27 inch tires so i don't have to re-cluch the whole thing....
