The best thing to do if you want more power is to get a slip-on exhaust first, with a better filter like K&N, and you HAVE to rejet the carb so you don't blow your engine up. A jet kit is not something we do for fun, it is mandatory if you start doing mods. It's no big deal to install them, though. If you don't have a favorite exhaust, I would recommend the HMF. I would NOT recommend the DG, DMC or Cobra.

I agree. HMF, ProCircuit, FMF are all good for the warrior/raptor. Have you considered tires as an upgrade as well? How about better shocks?

Start with an HMF slip-on exhaust on eBay for $227. Then buy a pro-flow K&N filter kit for around $100 on rocky mountain. Also buy a jet kit from eBay for about $40. This combo has given me this biggest power gains so far out of everything. You can also look at my profile for more ideas. I have the same widening kit you were looking at and it works great and is way cheaper than a-arms. Buy a kit on eBay for one of those.
