Just bought two 1986 200SXs - have questions
#1
I picked up a very nice pair of '86 200SXs at a garage sale. I'm new to quads, and I have a few questions.
1) One of them tends to rev up a bit at idle, and there's a pretty long delay dropping RPMs after I let off the gas. My first thought would be an air leak, but I'm hoping that's not it. The carb was really gummed up, but I cleaned it well and it still does it.
2) The other one squeaks a lot from the front end when I drive it. It doesn't squeak when I lift the front off the ground and spin the tires, or when I bounce it up and down - only when riding. What could be causing this?
3) What kind of oil should I use? Regular old automotive oil?
Thanks,
Ryan
