Has anyone ever tied a board or something to their atv and got to one to ride around while you surfing on the board? (standing up on it)

If you mean tie a board or something behind a quad, yes. I've done this with snowmobiles also. Wearing snow skis or pulling a plactic tub style sled. It is fun but a quad has a tough time from lack of traction. The pullie will want to be back a bit or they'll eat allot of snow and grass, maybe even a few stones if not carefull.
Good luck

not YET!!!
I'm waiting for Xplor ro practice on his new snowmobile, then he'll pull me on my snowboard...gotta do it!!!
I think I'll spend most time eating snow, since I'm not very good at snowboarding....but I hope it will be fun!!
I'll tell you as soon as I do it!
On a quad...the only way to do it would be that the quad rides on the packed trail and snowboarder/skier on the powdery side of the trail...otherwise, not enough speed. Or go with the sled.
PS (for IndyDave). I think I'm pretty stupid for that kind of stuff...but it's fun. Do you call stupid someone who tries to go down steep hills with a little jump at the top also..then I'll be even more stupid!!! ahah
Don't worry, I (actually me and Xplor) have an even more stupid (maybe the MOST) plan for this summer...but it's a secret plan, we don't want anyone to stole our idea . If you knew what it is, you would send us right to the nearest psychiatric centre!!!

I have done it too. I have done it with snow skis, snow boards, sleds, innertubes. It is all a blast. Especially behind a snomobile going acrossed a lake. Just don't wipe out....it hurts. Alot.

It's gonna be wild Zorro!

Get that board ready. Next time we go the snow will be "virgin" and the camera ready to roll. I have practiced enough...I think?

Pulling old tractor inner-tubes behind us was always our favorite recipe for winter time fun in the flatest area around (central illinois). Funny this post started I have searched high and low here in Columbia, Mo trying to find some old tubes but know seems to have any

Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
