I have been on this forum for years. I usually stroll in the Honda section, but those days are dwindling. I got the GYTR for $8100 OTD. I don't know if its a great price, but according to the second bike shop, it was low.

I am stoked to go to Coos bay, next week and get it broken, I mean broke in. My wife has an 06 with the standard shocks, so it will be cool to see if the shocks are worth money....

If there is any little quirks or trouble you know of on these things, let me know.

We are leaving horsfall friday[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img], but have no where to be till Monday morning[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]. We are thinking bout Winchester, if a spot can be found.

Yep that will be dunefest..........

Secret spot.....In Reedsport as you turn onto 101 theirs a safeway and so forth on the righthand side of the road (as your heading south) scope it out behind the Motel, shell station & old Les Schwab store. I have overnited their and hit the day use area (Early 6:00 am) ( i know) but if ya get a spot in the day use area you can always go back to bed. Ya don't have to be out of the day use area till 10:00 pm. Maybe that will work for ya......... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Joel, your going to have lots o fun on the 700R [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Let me know when you want to uncork it, I have learned a lot about getting these machines run to there potential since Aug of 05 when I got mine, I would be glad to share any info you may need with ya.

OK Randy, I'm ready. I do have a quad to sell before I can get a pipe and computer. The gytr shocks kick ***. I can't ride RG's, it is a flat tire ride. Jim has a 11:1 and a hotcam. It is fast, but not as fun as mine.

When I have the $$$ we will talk shop. It has to be quiet, though. Like 98 or 99 tops.
