i have an 03 660 yamaha raptor and i have no spark. i've changed the spark plug, ignition coil, fuses, and have checked the kill switch. besides, the pick-up coil and CDI box is there something else that would cause this problem??? looking for help.

 

Have you ever replaced the battery, they're only good for about two years three maybe

 

na the battery is fine it turns over great, just absolutely no spark when turning over

 

just replaced my CDI BOX i had same problem. If you have not changed your cdi do so. and after market is cheaper then stock.
