Hi,

I have bought a Big Bore Kit 560ccm for my Predator.
It donīt works, because my mechanic has large problems to built this kit in.
He said that the kit is not to be inserted as of wiseco described.
The aluminum cylinder has under heat other expands than the grey cast iron socket. So a gap between cylinders and socket is to develop.
Consequence: the coolant flows into the engine.
Now a groove must be milled, in order to put a gasket at the cylinder.
In order to seal the whole off.
Is that normal? Has someone experience with the kit/s of Wiseco?
