hello!

im new to this forum and im looking for a bit of help, my son has a 2000 trail boss 325, after its running for a while it shuts off and wont re start until it cools down and then it will start again.

any suggestions would be great.

does it still crank? if it does sounds like a coil to me if you have a repair man. for this unit it will describe testing hope it helps

 

when it shuts off, did you check to see if there was spark? its either not getting any or if it is could be vapor locking. make sure when it does it this to open the gas tank to see if pressure has built up. just a couple of idears.
