Now that I have ordered my 800 X2, I don't know which plow to get. I plan on going with a Polaris brand, but don't know which one. Anyone have one? Which has been the best?

I went with the glacer 2 60" strait blade. Very easy to connect and disconect. Can't wait to try it this winter.

Hey Vegashunter, I got my plow about a year ago for my 06' 500 EFI. I went with the 52" straight blade. With the 52" if you have stock tires when you angle it all the way to the left or right your wheels are still behind the plow. I've also used the 52" blade for moving dirt, sand, gravel just about anything and have had no problems with anything being bent or twisted. Hope this helps.

I would go with the 60" plow since with the quad being 48" wide the 52" plow would only overhang 2" on each side of the quad, and if its angled you maybe running over the plie of snow you are plowing. plus that extra 8" of plow would help you plow your driveway a lot faster.

Thanks everyone. I will post a review when I decide which one. I am kinda leaning towards the V-plow that Polaris has. A little more money than I want to spend but it sure looks handy.

The 52" is still wide enough angled all the way to left or right that your tires aren't runnin over any unplowed snow. I had the stock tires on mine for half the winter pushin snow with the 52" blade and had no problems tramping unplowed snow or anything like it with it angled. However, if you are plannin on put different tires you may want the extra 8". I put bigger tires on my quad and now i can't angle all the way over without tramping snow, because of the wider tires.

If you plan on using the blade for moving dirt, sand, gravel I wouldn't go any bigger than 52". The 60" may get to much stress put on it and may end bending and breaking parts moving dirt and sand with 60" blade.

I am located in Northwest Iowa. I have a pretty good sized shop yard to push out. Thanks for all the input.
