500 vs 500 HO
I've got a 2000 SP 500 and my dad just bought a 2005 SP 500 HO and he wondered what the difference is between the 500 and the 500 HO. Didn't they stop making the 500, and if so, when did they stop?

Non HOs have a smaller carb (38mm to 40mm) and a different cam, I also think there was an engine design change, but unsure if/what. 2000 was the last year for non-HO Sportsman and the start of 500 HO Sportsman.
