It creeps when u put it in gear and idles the engine down until it stalls it out. i can not start it in gear because it just "takes off" and its impossible to change gears while it is running. it has the original belt on it. there are some small cracks on the belt which looks like normal wear but i think the belt is worn out, or has shrunk, i have heard of them shrinking before. i did have a white primary spring in it and it creeped then so i changed it out and put the stock one back in it hoping it would sovle it but it did not. the clutches look like they are opening and closing properly when i rev it. i posted some pics and they are waiting approval. i know this topic is beat to death but would u guys please take a look at my pics and let me know what you think or how to fix it.
thanks in advance

When the engine is running looking down from the top of the primary clutch the belt should be running in the middle of the clutch not touching the inside or the out side sheave. If it's touching the inside sheave you have to shim the secondary or if it's touching the out side sheave remove a shim. If it's running in the middle then the one way clutch on the primary is dirty and grabbing the belt causing it to creep. You will need special tools to take the spider off to service it.....

ok i checked it out this morning. it is in fact rubbing the inside sheave (towards the motor). i posted 2 new pics so take a look at them. and what do you mean by "shims"? just adding or removing washers?
Thanks

No special tools to remove the secondary just remove the bolt and pull it off. Yes shim is a washer just add one behind the secondary then check the belt again as it should move it away from the inside sheave which should cure your creeping problem...

i wrote out a whole spiel and the damn thing kicked out, but anyways no you dont need specail tools and i would put 1 shim in the midle to see if it helps. if not then the engine shifted or the ebs bushing is bad.
