Default ATV HI-BIRD HELP

I just bought a 2008 Hi-Bird 250 from a dealer which he went out of business... the quad has 0 miles and it wont start... I need a voltage regulator and a stater... ive been lookin for them everywhere but i cant find them... Anyone know any website? or dealer where i can get this parts from?

Default ATV HI-BIRD HELP

You shouldn't need a stator or a voltage regulator, did you check to see if the kill switch was pressed in before starting it? It pushes either left or right when you want to kill the engine but you have to push it in until it clicks before it will start. I made that mistake with mine when I got it. Also try moving the c-clip one position down to get more fuel in if the switch doesn't work. If that doesn't get you anywhere try contactin Motorsextreme where I bought mine and maybe they can help. If it has 0 miles on it it should start and shouldn't need replacement parts already
