I bought my outty 800 from Gander Mountain but have been very displeased with the service and attitude of the service tech.

I changed service shops to All-Pro Motorsports in Weirton, WV and was very happy with all they did for me. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I called them and told them I had a very loud grinding noise which sounded like the rear axle u joint. I knew it was bad because of the play but wasn't sure if it was the cause of the noise.

I took it in on a Thursday night at 6:45 p.m. and they had it back to me early Sat. afternoon. That made for a great weekend.

 

thats good news, always nice to hear some places still care bout the customer and not just their $
