I just bought a 500 scrambler 01 and I don't know which pipe to go with. I want more botttom end power but I don't want it to be much louder than stock. I also want the whole exhaust from the motor back and it has to be a shiny surface so it will clean up good unlike the stock one that looks 5 years old.

I don't have a recomendation on a pipe for a 500, but for coating the pipe, try this: http://www.jet-hot.com/

Same as usual. HPD. They did me right with my pipe. The 500 should be good too.

Are you needing the extra grunt to keep up with the Raptors?

Pair of 98s,
Same question here. Actually, I was going to suggest buying a GYT-R pipe and then just adjust the quad accordingly.

No flaming the other Polaris riders, this is just a little spillage from this guy's other post in the Yamy forum.

Xplor is right about HPD they do have a pipe that can pull a better bottom than your stock.
If you want to keep that pipe looking like new after you clean it let it dry then spray silicone on the whole pipe, it gives it a real glossy shine.

As an update, I called Jet-Hot and got a price quote for doing pipes without silencers:
2 stroke pipes: $65.00 to $75.00
4 stroke pipes: $60.00 to $70.00
Plus shipping
