i know everyone thinks a 400ex is way better than a rapter on the mx track but how well will it keep up with a rapter.I want a rapter but i am racing next season.

 

Well, the Raptor is not able to use all of its power on a tight M/X track. The 400EX will hang with it. Its been proven by Dirt Wheels.

The Raptor has handling problems that need to be addressed before it will be effective on the MX track.

if you are going to get a-arms axel suppention and that whole deal i would look at the raptor but remember that you yill probaly have around $10,000 if you use all the good stuff. Just think of the 250r you could build for that.
