I am thinking about getting one , does anyone here own one and if so pros and cons

 

i dont think anyone on here owns one, but mags say that its basically the same as the 800 but more controllable in tight stuff

 

I just bought one last Friday and I love it! It behaves exactly like the 800 as in: stable, comfortable, and fast! It has same instrumentation and seperately controlled front and rear brakes (new for 08). I traded a 05 scrambler 500 for it and I would throw rocks at the scrambler now! Check back with me for some feedback after I get enough miles on it to comment on durability and maintenance.

PS I brought the quad home on friday and was riding it saturday when the dealership called urging me to return machine to shop for critical fuel pressure check! Apparently, some of the 500 gades have too much fuel pressure and have ruptured fuel lines and started fires onboard!!!! Mine was within specs - I believe I read 42psi on those gauges.
