Default Want the most performance out of my grizzly! What do I do?

I have a 2002 grizzly that is bone stock. What is the best place I could spend my money on for low end performance? I am set on a penland eco exhaust / jet kit. Is the full exhaust worth it for the grizzly if I am only doing minor mods? Or, should i just skip the exhaust and get an exhaust tip for 200 cheaper? I am looking only to do minor mods and spend about 400. Thanks for your input

If you are truey looking for low end performance, you may want to look into a clutch kit from Dalton or EPI, both have some good springs and ramp weights, that will get you out of the hole quickly. To answer your exhaust question, go with just the muffler, the pipe itself won't get you all that much more for the money.

Definetly if you want low end performance get the clutch kit. If you want an exhaust you just get a muffler(dont buy just the exhaust tip as they dont do anything)

Well I don't want to clutch it considering I only have 25" tires on it. I think i'll stick with the penland eco exhaust, uni filter, and jet kit. In theory those exhaust tips should do something because they allow much more air flow. With those mods, would i be able to keep closer with my prairie 650?

with the exhaust tip, your muffler will not flow much more air, it might let a little more out though.
Most mufflers will add more top end speed than bottom end speed.
With my wolverine 450 I added the clutch kit and I only have stock tires and it helped out my low end torque and acceleration a lot, then I added the pipe, filter and jet kit to regain some of the lost top end speed.

Consider a "Mudder" cam from Hot Cam. Seen on eBay for around $120, and you can install it yourself.
