Is the Durablue (Eliminator) or the Lonestar (axcaliber) or the rpm dominator the better axle?

I have heard that the Durablue is prone to rust and that the Lonestar is a better axle than the Durablue. However, I have no experience in this.

Just put a Durablue Eliminator axle on my Raptor, looks great havn't tried it yet. My son has had one on his 250r for 3 years with no problems and this kid can ride! I'll let you know how the Raptor does after this weekend.

LONESTAR! from experience I have had both. The raptor lonestar axle even comes with a trick axle nut! the lonestar will take a beating and the chrome will still look new! The dura blue's eventually rust and there is nothing worse than the ring clips they use! Installing my axle tonight and pipe and filter kit I will post pics tomorrow on my site!

Dude, can you explain. I am replacing my broken Dura-Blue on my Raptor this weekend. I need to take the axle off but unfortunately I did not put it on. I let the shop do it. At this rate I need to learn to do this myself or I am going to go broke. How the heck do I get the Dura-Blue posi-lock axle nut off?

There is a small hex key on the lock nut remove it completly. Then turn the lock nut so the nut goes in a little. Then you have to remove a cir clip that is on the axle. Then after the tire and hub are off start unscrewing the nut until it slides off the axle

I HAD AN ELIMINATOR ON MY 250R AND BENT IT THE FIRST TIME I RODE IT.I GOT A LONESTAR NEXT AND IT HAS BEEN PROBLEM FREE.I THINK LONESTAR AND RPM USE TO BE THE SAME COMPANY AT ONE TIME.I THINK THERE AXLES ARE NEARLY IDENTICAL.
