i have a 07 raptor 700 with a HMF full exhaust, PRO DESIGN intake and a DOBECK programer. withe the air box lid off and programer set to race mode, i keep fouling out plugs. With these modifications my quad seems to be slugish off the line all my power is top end power. could i have a bad programer ? has anyone had any problems like this or any suggestions ?

I've turnned down the setting for the accelerator pump on the programer and the rough idle and fouled plugs continued

accelerator pump doesn't even get kicked in until WOT

 

Two most common reasons for fouled plugs on the raptor

1) Revving the motor when it is cold

2) Starting and stopping it repeatedly when its cold

It has a auto choke so those 2 things will foul plugs

If you havent been doing either of them I would do some checking on your Controller settings.

 

Yes indeed,I read warm up time is about 4 - 5 min's before jumping on it and giving it Hell.
