Hey today I went to go deal with the leaking oil issue on my quad. It appeared that the tank was broken at the bottom above the grommet. (metal was sheared right off).

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I get the stock tank again or the after market one. How much are each?

1. I don't have a welder, would have to bring it to the welding shop 2. I don't think i/they could weld such a little peice of metal

It was a good idea though, just don't think it'd work here.

How much is the stock oil tank, and the aftermarket?

 

as long as you find a good welder...it's no problem..but then i can weld anything..lol

i didn't know that you could we;d aluminum, can i weld my warrior where it,s leaking oil?(out the bottom of the motor)

you can weld jsut about anything with a mig welder, haha if you wanna do really really thin stuff with a nice beed it's better to you a tig welder...yes you can weld aluminum, but you can't weld 2 different types of metal together, steel and aluminum for instance.
