Default raptor 700r mods

man i was just checking out crankshafts at barkers. they have a 10mm crank. a 10mm crank with a je 12.5:1 high comp piston is getting me really excited. thats probably a sick nasty combo. i wonder how much hp and torque a 12.5:1 hc piston, 10mm stroker, k & n filter, cam, barker dual exhaust, and pc 3 would put out. that has to be 60 guranteed. if im missing any other mod feel free to list it. just the though of that stuff oh my god. what a monster.

This thing is a torque monster stock! I would go for longevity and leave the motor alone. Maybe do he exhaust and air intake, but limit it to that.

yeah it is a torque monster. i didnt forget about the hot came though. i just said cam. how much will a stroker kit and hc piston shorten the life of the engine?

ill have exhaust, air filter, and cam regardless, but if the power gained from the hc piston and/or crank isnt really worth the shorter life. then ill just stick to the exhaust, cam, and filter.

The smaller strokers from them like the 4 mill do not put the side load on the pistons like the larger ones do. If you go with that you will have a solid platform to build on.
A 720 (+4mill stock bore) is a great running setup and you can use any standard piston ( designed for stock stroke).

ah i gotcha. a 4 mill crank and a je 12.5:1 piston is still probably a good amount of perf increase. ultimately i wanna up the compression and stroke as much as i can without sacrificing logevity, and you say the 4 mill wont put as much side load on the piston, so thats good. my goal is exhaust, air filter, piston, and new sprockets. one tooth down in the front, and maybe one up in the back. i have plenty of top end. i can sacrifice a little of it and still have a really nice top end. i love low and mid range power.
