Well in an old issue of dirt wheels I saw the baja raptor set up that roll design had done, also it had a IMS 5.5 gallon gas tank. Although white bros lists it as a 5.2 or something. Anyone know if it's out yet? You can't see a side shot of it in the pic. Anyone know where I can see a pic of it?

Maybe this is overkill anyway. How long have you guys rode before running out of gas?

I have a IMS Tank on my 250r and it is listed in most catalogs as 4.5 but you call IMS and it is 4.0 gal and difernt places that i called to ask said differant sizes. when i got it it had a tag on it that said there can be a differance in size from shrinking. but when i put gas in it it seems to be around 4.2-4.4 they look kinda wierd and you woul probaly lose that slim tank that alot of people say the like.

you can make it hold more by,useing hot water and compressed air don't ask me how but i have read this on many articles in dirt wheels, atv sport and others talking about expanding the tank, usualy done on pro gncc quads.

I have also heard of that. What you do is seal the -gas cap side of the- tank and on the petcock you put pressure then you use a heat gun and heat the tank were you want to make it bigger. but you must be carfull not to get to big of a bulg (to much heat at one spot) at one spot or it will look bad and if at the plastic the plastic might not fit. With water you would just use hot water. I think that is safer because it is a even heat (no big bulges).
